The workspace uses vite-plus version 0.2.6. This change pins it to a 1.0 preview with Vitest 5.0.1 and tsdown 0.23.0.

The pnpm catalog, overrides, and lockfile now resolve the same toolchain. The registry setting lets pnpm install the preview. CI uses Node 22.18.0, which the toolchain supports.

A delayed callback in Sticky.vue now stops when the component has no element. This prevents an error after the component unmounts. The existing project scripts and package builds remain in use.
