This repository stores Python scripts that are useful for various analyses

• Catchment modelling: python scripts that can be used to generate input data for hydrological modelling using LSDCatchmentModel, or to analyse the output data
• Floodplain extraction: scripts to generate plots for floodplain extraction algorithm, including quantile-quantile plots and raster plots of the output
• River profiles: scripts to read in .chan files and make nice river profile plots from them
• Stream ordering: scripts to read in Strahler ordering data and generate plots of number, lengths, and drops of each stream order.
