I'm a software crafter and Founder & CEO of Craftosphere. I believe in craft over chores, so I give people a way up and the tools to stay there. Success is when they no longer need me.

I started programming at 12 because I loved making things - I still do. I build Java systems and open-source tools such as FlagZen, and I write production code with AI agents daily.

I coach engineering teams in software craftsmanship, Extreme Programming, TDD, and clean architecture. I have coached 400+ engineering teams since 2013, at organizations from startups to Fortune 100.
