Write Generic Analyzer that "Wraps" PyLint Feedback for Exercises Without a Custom Analyzer

Writing a generic analyzer that runs solution code through pylints "default" checks (_[see the Basic Checker here](http://pylint.pycqa.org/en/latest/technical_reference/features.html#basic-checker)_) will give every exercise some analyzer feedback while we get exercise-specific checkers and analyzers in place.
