What I did
This is for 2027, when clients start removing TCP after Glamsterdam. Exact flags may need to be adjusted.
Nimbus Unified might become
--beacon-quic-port, status-im/nimbus-eth1#4814ENV_VERSIONand the migration code inethdneed to be adjusted before merging this
