Committed by mistake in 3b9af7c via a `git add -A`, which is exactly what CLAUDE.md's git-hygiene rule warns against ("never git add -A without reviewing for untracked noise"). It is a per-session handoff note that had been deliberately left untracked all along, alongside test/cats/legacy-corpus-2026-06-summary.json. Removed from the index and gitignored so it cannot be swept in again. The file itself is untouched on disk.
