Airplane mode toggle is unreachable via keyboard

I have tried to navigate around all of the settings pages using the keyboard and it works great. However, on the network panel the airplane mode toggle at the bottom is not reachable via keyboard. I've tried to use the tab and cursor keys to no avail.

The airplane toggle is reachable with the tab key but there is no visible indication that it is focused for some reason. If you press tab when on the bottom item of the device list and then press "Enter" you should see the switch toggle state. The Proxy on-off switch does have a visible focus style though - that is a Gtk.Switch. The airplane switch is a Granite.SwitchModelButton but that contains a Gtk.Switch inside.

Checking the Granite code, the switch itself set not focusable because the whole widget is a button so can be toggled by clicking anywhere on it, including the label. So I think this issue is a consequence of elementary/granite#807. The focus rings are being drawn outside the button and are being clipped. So the fix really lies in Granite.
