Removed (ef7f70b). It was all commands except edr monitor dbt-init, which isn't worth calling out here.

Adds
--dbt-varsto the CLI options list inoss/cli-commands.mdx. After #2375 it applies to every command that runs the internal dbt project:monitor,report,send-report,monitor debugandrun-operation upload-source-freshness. It also notes that--days-backtakes precedence over adays_backvar (CORE-1565).Merge only after CLI 0.26.1 is published.
