The 6.5.2 documentation lacks the DHCP option byte-order correction and HTTP server event stream API guidance present on main.

This backports the changes from #81 and #83 to 6.5.2.

Antora built successfully, all 17,230 local fragment links in the generated site resolved, and the diff passed whitespace validation.

Fixes eclipse-threadx/netxduo#365

The DHCP guide passed retrieved DNS addresses through the conversion helper even though
retrieval already writes host-order ULONG values. This reverses the address on little-
endian targets.

Updated both retrieval examples to use aligned ULONG buffers and explained when the
conversion helper applies.

The examples match the DHCP retrieval and conversion code; git diff --check passed. No
build was run for this documentation-only change.

The web HTTP guide does not explain how to hold a Server-Sent Events response
open or send events after the request callback returns.

Documented the stream start and send APIs, their session lifetime, and the
requirements for a persistent GET request.

The documentation diff passed whitespace validation. No documentation renderer
was run.
