The documentation did not explain which component CI checks run or what their results establish. A new Home page maps regression, cross-build, emulator, and packaging workflows, coverage gates, and their verification limits across the repositories. This adds a Home page covering regression, cross-build, emulator, Windows, and packaging workflows, their coverage gates, and their verification limits. It describes the CI configuration after eclipse-threadx/usbx#280, eclipse-threadx/filex#106, eclipse-threadx/levelx#90, and eclipse-threadx/guix#196; please merge this PR after those changes.
