Maven command used: $ mvn org.eclipse.tycho:tycho-versions-plugin:set-version '-DnewVersion=5.0.0-SNAPSHOT'
because the committed .target file often refers to an outdated nightly build of EASE bundles, we better force the regeneration from .tpd

The motivation to require Eclipse 2026-06 is because of upcoming #52.
The major revbump is because the minimum version of Eclipse IDE required has been increased.
