In preparation for score_baselibs bump we must fix missing error handling. score_baselibs enforces error handling by making score::Result nodiscard.

Can we not ask for a new baselib release? This brings us quite some commits back and some changes are needed for follow-up work.

Lobster is used by rules_score internally. We only inherit it transitively. score_tooling now correctly depends on lobster, so we do not require an override anymore.
