Update CI branch filters to match the repository default branch (
main).This removes obsolete
master-only/dual-branch filters. Inlyo, it also updates the Jenkins publishing conditions so the HEAD Javadocs stage runs frommain, while preserving maintenance-branch publishing.The PR contains only CI/Jenkins configuration changes.
