TencentOS Server and OpenCloudOS are commonly used RPM-based Linux distributions in Tencent Cloud and other infrastructure environments. They use systemd, DNF, and package names largely compatible with the RHEL ecosystem, but expose their own /etc/os-release IDs (tencentos and opencloudos).
E2B currently does not recognize these IDs as officially supported distributions. Depending on ID_LIKE, template provisioning may either fail or fall back to another profile with an unsupported and untested warning. This makes template builds based on TencentOS or OpenCloudOS unreliable.
