Summary

Removes the seven Staging / * jobs from sdk_tests.yml (they ran against vars.E2B_DOMAIN_STAGING with E2B_API_KEY_STAGING). They weren't part of the required SDK Tests Status check, so PRs could already merge when they failed.

Also removes the matrix and test switches that only the staging callers set from the reusable test workflows (release.yml doesn't pass any inputs):

• node-only (JS SDK, Code Interpreter JS): the matrices are now static lists of all runtimes
• run_recovery_tests (Code Interpreter JS/Python): the interrupt suites always run
• run_tests (Desktop JS/Python): tests always run

The E2B_DOMAIN input stays on all reusable workflows so another domain can still be targeted.

The Production / prefix is dropped from the remaining job names. The only required check from this workflow is SDK Tests Status, which keeps its name.

actionlint and prettier --check pass.
