Since the beginning of this year, the CaaS project settings allow you to choose between referencing remote data (recommended) or copying it (legacy option).
This FirstSpirit Content API, which is used for the CaaS and the headless operation of FirstSpirit in our project, currently does not support referenced remote data. This means that only the “old” and non-recommended “copy” option can be used.
We kindly ask that support for the recommended referencing option be added as well. Due to the many projects that are based on a remote project, we would otherwise generate a large amount of unnecessary duplicated data in the long term, which we do not consider optimal.
