The namespace summary is materially too narrow: it describes Android.Telecom only as support for integrating calling applications, while the namespace also exposes the framework's call management, connection services, in-call UI, call screening, and call redirection APIs. Please replace ns-Android.Telecom.xml with a framework-centric summary that accurately covers those supported scenarios.
