Expired token?

Folowing some of the instructions from blog, started the server with the following arguments:

-Dopenshift.url=https://192.168.42.189:8443 \
 -Dkubernetes.master=https://192.168.42.189:8443 \
 -Dkubernetes.trust.certificates=true \
 -Dkubernetes.auth.basic.username=admin \
 -Dkubernetes.auth.basic.password=admin \
--spring.cloud.deployer.kubernetes.namespace=scdf-apps \
--maven.resolvePom=true \ 
--maven.remote-repositories.spring.url=http://repo.spring.io/snapshots

Using a new minishift instance, I can login to the minishift instance using the host port username and password supplied as arguments
Got the following stack trace:

Is there any difference I should be aware of when using minishft instead of vagrant as per the blog? Any more recent blog post that would help?
