fix: write ImportedXmlComponent.fromXmlString's XML without an <undefined> element around it - #3863
ImportedXmlComponent.fromXmlString gives a component for the parsed XML document, which has no element name. Placed in a paragraph, it was written as <undefined> around the XML's element, so Word refused the file and the Open XML SDK validator reported The element has invalid child element 'undefined'. It has been this way since the method was added in 2018.
Change
A component of no element is now written as the elements in it:
Among a parent's children (a paragraph, header, styles, a patch), through the writtenAs that XmlComponent and the patcher already honour, so XML with several top-level elements, such as two w:r, is written as each in turn.
Written by itself, such as by Formatter or by a parent from an older copy of docx that doesn't know writtenAs, it's written as its one element.
<!-- before -->
<w:p><w:r>…</w:r><undefined><m:oMath …>…</m:oMath></undefined></w:p>
<!-- after -->
<w:p><w:r>…</w:r><m:oMath …>…</m:oMath></w:p>
Why not return the root element instead
The issue suggests having fromXmlString return the root element's component. Many projects work around the bug with fromXmlString(xml).root[0], including BlockNote, matheditor, Ericsson/specpress, canvas-editor-plugin and Gram-ax (about 20 found on GitHub). Returning the element would make root[0] its attributes or first child, so those equations and paragraphs would vanish without an error. The returned component is unchanged here, so that workaround still writes the same XML, and code that uses the component directly now works too.
Checked
New specs: XML in a paragraph, written by itself, several top-level elements, the root[0] workaround, and a document parsed with keepWhitespaceText. Four of them fail without the fix.
One document covering a paragraph, the root[0] workaround, two runs, a body paragraph, a table cell, a header, an imported style, and paragraph and document patches through patchDocument. It passes the Open XML SDK validator for Office 2010 to Microsoft 365 (the issue's repro fails it with the reported error before the fix), and it opens in Word for Mac with x, y and z shown as equations.
npm run check-api: no breaking changes. Full suite passes, with the file at 100% coverage.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Improved formatting of imported XML when used inside a paragraph, on its own, alongside other elements, or as a root element. Formatting now omits surrounding whitespace from parsed documents while retaining the imported element’s content.
Tests
Added coverage for formatting imported XML in these contexts, including documents with preserved whitespace.
…ined> element around it
fromXmlString gives a component for the parsed document, which has no
element name, so it was written as <undefined> around the XML's element,
and Word couldn't open the file. A component of no element is now written
as the elements in it. The component returned is unchanged, so code that
takes the element from its first child keeps working.

Walkthrough
ImportedXmlComponent now serializes a sole root child directly when rootKey is undefined. The tests cover formatting in paragraphs, standalone components, root elements, multiple adjacent elements, and parsed documents with preserved whitespace.

Summary
Direct child serialization src/file/xml-components/imported-xml-component.ts, src/file/xml-components/imported-xml-component.spec.ts
writtenAs returns non-string root children when rootKey is undefined. prepForXml serializes a sole child directly and otherwise calls the superclass implementation. Documentation describes the parsed document component. Tests cover paragraph, standalone, root-element, multiple-element, and preserved-whitespace formatting cases.
The imported XML serialization fix has no identified merge-blocking issue. The previous test typing problem is resolved in the current source; merge after normal build and test checks pass.

Explanation
Issue [#3862] requires imported XML to serialize without an undefined wrapper. ImportedXmlComponent.writtenAs returns the parsed document's element children, and parent serialization can write those children as siblings. prepForXml writes the single element when the component is serialized by itself. The added specs cover paragraph placement, standalone output, multiple top-level elements, the root[0] workaround, and preserved whitespace.

…n't take it
Paragraph's children are typed as ParagraphChild, which ImportedXmlComponent
isn't, so the build's type check failed on the spec.
