Description

Add a recovery example to the Sandboxes API getting-started tutorial. The tutorial already tells readers to use client.get(name) after an interrupted run, but did not show the full resource name or the existing refresh-and-delete flow.

Closes #26224.

Validation

  • git diff --check passed.
  • Scoped scripts/lint.sh content/manuals/ai/sandboxes-api/get-started.md was attempted; local rumdl and vale are unavailable in this checkout.
