Two changes: a lost rank is asked about up to twice at depth 100 before it stands (the provider answers the same request with and without the site), and a domain rule covers the domain and its www form, not every subdomain.

…main

Adding eventussecurity.com or www.eventussecurity.com now tracks that site and its www form only; partner.eventussecurity.com is another site, tracked only if it is added itself. Every subdomain is still available as an explicit "registrable" scope.

- A host rule matches the host and its www form (acme.com is www.acme.com) and nothing else; it is stored without the www (resolver site_of).
- host is the default scope of a new domain rule, of the own entity made with a project, and in the web forms ("This site"; "Site and all subdomains" is a choice).
- A public suffix is refused as a host rule too.
- Rules already stored keep their scope.
- Resolver, API, mock and form tests updated; OpenAPI and API types regenerated; API spec and review log updated.
The provider answers the same request with the site at rank 1 and without it minutes apart (6 of 12 mobile answers for one brand keyword showed it). A drop was confirmed once; it is now confirmed up to twice, the second only after the first has ended and only if it did not find the rank again.
