Problem
The release documentation still described the pre-1.0 gate.
README.mdsaid "Until 1.0.0, versions are0.x", andCONTRIBUTING.mdsaid nothing is published before 2026-11-01 and versions stay0.x. Both contradictdocs/DESIGN.mdsection 13, the changelog and Maven Central, where 1.0.0/1.0.1 shipped on 2026-10-29 and every later release publishes straight from the repository.Solution
README.md: the versioning bullet now records that 1.0.0 shipped on 2026-10-29 and that later releases are cut by release-please, with merging its pull request as the approval.CONTRIBUTING.md: the Releases section now states the same policy instead of the outdated 2026-11-01 /0.xgate.Verification
./gradlew buildpassed: 548 unit/generated/contract/webhook/Authentication tests, the 90 % core coverage gate, Spotless, Javadoc and the examples.python3 codegen/generate.py --check(898 files up to date) and the 19 generator tests passed..envwithE2E_STAGING_*orDIDIT_SANDBOX_API_KEY, so the SDK examples ran against the repository's mock API.
