Adds
CLAUDE.mdplus a full set of.claude/skills/and.claude/agents/for AI-assisted development in this repo:CLAUDE.md).spec-from-ticket,implement-plan,mockup-pr,pr-polish,pre-review,commit-and-pr-messages,branch-update,pr-chain.manual-test-scenarios,community-post,docs-update.claude-stack-retro, to keep this set itself honest over time.community-post-writer,test-scenario-writer,docs-writer,spec-writer) carrying audience-specific voice/tone for the skills whose output isn't code.Every skill that can touch git/GitHub follows one hard rule: no push, PR create/edit/ready, or other remote write happens without an explicit, in-the-moment ask — never pre-negotiated, never bundled into an earlier approval.
Draft on purpose, staying draft for a while: none of this touches the shipped app (no workflow references
.claude/at all), but it hasn't been battle-tested on real work yet. Plan is to build real feature branches off this one for now, refine via a few rounds ofclaude-stack-retro, and merge once it's proven out — not gating on a review cycle yet.Quality checklist
