refactor: Move skills to external repo - #216

- update daily-recap session summarizer to haiku 5.5 - pin save-property-to-vault and vault-capture to claude-haiku-5-5
- add skills.mk and skills-link.sh to link external skills - drop skill-meta.sh and yq dependency from ci - update ai, claude, codex, cursor, tools makefiles accordingly - remove stale skill ignore patterns from gitignore
- delete skills, archived skills and shared config/scripts/templates - remove invocation.md - update gitops-geezer and steve-square-meter agents
- refresh root and ai-stuff readmes - update claude, codex and cursor readmes
- set gitops clustersJsonPath to ~/.config/dgokcin-skills/clusters.json - drop gitignore entries for private files moved to the skills repo - keep traefik-vault agent ignored
- document ~/codes/skills/local as the home of private config - remove config and templates from the _shared tree listing

Summary
Skills, shared assets and private config no longer live in this repo. They are installed from an external skills repo and linked into the tool config directories.

~/codes/skills/local. The traefik-vault agent stays ignored.
