fix: replace architecture diagram with text-based before/after#36

The architecture diagram rendered too small and was hard to read. Replaced with a markdown table (before) and tree view (after) that communicates the same information inline without image sizing issues. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

The Mermaid-generated architecture diagram was rendering too small to be useful. Replaced with a markdown table showing the duplicated 'before' state and a tree view showing the consolidated 'after' state — communicates the same information without image sizing issues.
