Two proposed design records for the next big pieces of claudius.

0010 Processors: effects with up to N tracks in and one out, with knobs and values that follow time, in scripts, the studio and MCP. They are defined by a function over their inputs, recorded once as a graph. They now stream block by block, and can be saved as library effects.

0011 Libraries: sounds and effects that people make, bring and share.

• One format, a folder with library.json, for recorded sounds, procedural sounds (graphs of synthesis blocks) and effects. The curated packs load the same way.
• Libraries hold data, not code, so installing one can only make sound.
• A streaming graph runtime: offline renders first, live playback in the studio last.
• Using sounds stays Strudel's: s(), bank(), n(), and samples("github:user/repo"). The definitions are claudius' own extensions.
• Personal libraries stay on the computer; installed ones are pinned by version and hash.
• A marketplace, free for now: a Worker with R2 and D1, sign-in with GitHub to publish, public, unlisted or private libraries, licences declared and credited, uploads checked.
• Tests first, at every level: the sound of today's songs, every DSP block, properties, the language and a Strudel corpus, the format, integration against a fake marketplace, the service, and performance budgets.
• The order: the tests, then the format and personal libraries, then the graph runtime, then the studio's Save as and the library browser, then the marketplace, then live playback.

Both are "proposed": comments here change them before any code depends on them.

How I checked it

cargo xtask docs builds them, their links resolve with lychee, and typos passes.
