- Explain the 15-minute checkout hold and the possible refund outcome for payments confirmed after the hold expires. - Replace unusable Retry when browser access is missing with centered private ticket email guidance, a ticket illustration and a contact action carrying the payment reference; keep authorization and payment identity unchanged. - Clear recovery state on navigation and cover missing grants in both payment modes without issuing unauthorized verification requests. - Replace the DevCon26 hero with the exact approved headline, tagline and gathering-of-builders introduction, preserving existing typography. - Center the DevCon26 tagline beneath its heading. Add a pink homepage growth accent with a curved underline that reveals once on scroll and stays static with reduced motion or without JavaScript. - Keep the mobile event heading on two centered lines, tighten paragraph spacing and keep a centered content-sized ticket action with centered date and balanced venue wrapping, without changing desktop layout. - Include synthetic desktop/mobile recovery screenshots and update docs. Verification: pnpm build and donation/ticket checkout checks passed; all three rendered hero text blocks matched the supplied strings exactly. Previous local recovery browser checks covered desktop/mobile layout and state cleanup. Homepage desktop/mobile browser checks passed for exact wording, underline clearance, once-only reveal, reduced motion and no-JavaScript fallback. Mobile hero checks passed at 320, 390 and 430px with actual fonts loaded; 1440px desktop checked, with no horizontal overflow at any tested width. Git diff --check passed. No payment authorization or production data changed.

Explain the checkout hold deadline and fix the confirmation page when its browser-stored access token is missing. Also update the DevCon26 hero with the approved theme and introduction.
Payment authorization is unchanged. Backend reconciliation is covered by EMS #283.
Verified: build and donation/checkout checks passed, including missing-token behavior in test/live modes without verification requests. All three rendered hero text blocks match the supplied wording exactly. Desktop/mobile browser checks passed for the homepage accent, unchanged wording, underline clearance, once-only reveal and reduced-motion/no-JavaScript fallbacks.
Mobile hero checked at 320, 390 and 430px with the app fonts loaded; desktop checked at 1440px. No horizontal overflow.
