fix(telemetry): stop the cleanup test leaking never-ending processes - #4355
Conversation
The asynchronous-cleanup case resolved the real rmdir in the same command line that put its shim on PATH, so bash found the shim itself and the shim exec'd itself every 60 s forever after the test ended. Resolve the real rmdir first, and make the shim refuse to exec itself. Fixes #4354 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
Every local run of the telemetry self-test leaves two background processes running forever on the agent host. 26 had piled up by today, and scheduled runs are not allowed to end them.
What
The cleanup test now looks up the real directory-removal command before swapping in its stand-in, so the stand-in hands over to the real command and ends. The stand-in also refuses to hand over to itself, so the same mistake cannot loop again.
