Review progress at 708e1e0: the normal updater rebuilt this remaining skill against the merged 6.6.1 base, producing version 6.6.2. Full paginated files and commits classify as a genuine programmed updater requiring semantic review (exit 3), not a review exemption. CodeRabbit is unavailable for this App author in this repository: its authenticated seat refusal, read again now, requires assigning another review seat. No paid seat will be added. The current-head no-gate guard returns ADMIT. Continue to the existing Codex lane; this is not a green review or a merge authorization. The generated version commit is natively reported unsigned; this run has not rewritten or re-signed the updater branch. Native merge controls and reviewed source remain required. |

Delivery receipt: exact head 708e1e0 was promoted after 21 successful reported checks, two expected skips, fresh clean Codex receipt 6247239185 and the resolved earlier broken-link finding. A separate post-promotion native read reported CLEAN, no pending checks, the same head and base 87f3690 before the ordinary head-pinned squash merge. GitHub reports merge 49e1b8a at 07:45:12Z. The required-gate helper still reports managed Code Quality setup=configured as UNVERIFIED (exit 2); it is not a COMPLETE receipt. No BLOCKED or stale-state exception, administrator merge, extra review seat or overage was used. Plugin source inclusion is delivered; consumer source-pin adoption and loaded-runtime currency remain separate gates under #584 and devantler-tech/monorepo#4299. |
