Release run 39488100499 and manifest publication run 39488178315 both succeeded.Post-publication native readback contains all three identity-bound imports with Observe only, current-generation Synced=True and Ready=True. Their complete native selectors, bypasses and required-workflow settings are present, including the language-selected .NET rule absent from the earlier repository sample. The two available native exports agree with the corresponding observations. No policy was created, changed or deleted by these imports.
The observation prerequisite is complete. Source migration, actual consumer checks and repository deletion remain open under #237, #239 and #240; none is inferred from this receipt.
