Summary

Bumps the app to 1.6.4 (build 10) and adds the CHANGELOG entry for the photo upload and edit-listing fixes merged in #105, ready for the next Closed testing release.

• pubspec.yaml: 1.6.3+9 → 1.6.4+10
• CHANGELOG.md: new 1.6.4 section (photo compression and upload timeout, edit-listing keyboard fix, on-device image caching). The DB-only location-privacy note stays under Unreleased because that migration is not yet applied in prod.

• flutter analyze and flutter test pass (app changes) — N/A, version and docs only; the code in fix: image upload stalls and edit-listing keyboard flicker #105 passed 316 tests
