Summary

Follow-up to #97. Two lines of work.

1. Project intake, ERD planning and supervisor work units

  • /devup now starts with a project intake, before the Figma branch.
  • Generates ERDs and models from evidence, and splits the work into a DAG of supervisor work units, each with its own brief.
  • Intake decisions are kept across steps, and the project plan report is now complete.

2. Source organized by responsibility

  • Rust source is split by responsibility, with no file over 1000 lines. Public paths and test names are unchanged.
  • Workflow prose and keyword/class data now live in embedded text assets. appSelectionKeywords can override the keywords.
  • The existing size-contract test now checks the size of every Rust source file and of the embedded JSON.

Tests

  • cargo test --workspace (Windows): 562 passed, 1 failed. The failing test is visual_compare::tests::symlink_escape_refused_before_read, with os error 1314 (no symlink privilege). visual_compare.rs is identical to main.
  • Before this run, files marked -text that were checked out with CRLF made one fixture test fail. Checking them out again with LF fixed it, so the code did not change.
