Part of dequelabs/axe-mobile-team#398
Summary
Moves both workflows off the retiring
macos-14runner tomacos-15, with the Xcode / iOS pair that image actually has.ios-appium-tests.ymlmacos-14→macos-15scanAndReport.ymlmacos-14→macos-15Why
scanAndReport.ymlalso moves off 16.2 / 18.2Xcode 16.2 is on the macOS 15 arm64 image, but the image only installs iOS 18.5 and 18.6 simulator runtimes for iOS 18. An
OS=18.2destination would not resolve. iPhone 15 Pro is also not among the image's simulators, so the Appium default device moves to iPhone 16 Pro.The
workflow_dispatchdefaults change to match, so a manual run without inputs uses a pair that exists.Verification

The generatedLogin.swiftwas missingprojectId, so the UI test target did not compile; with this PR the tests build and run onmacos-15with Xcode 16.4 / iOS 18.5. The run still ended red:xcodebuild testruns every test in the scheme (-targetdoes not narrow it), several of them failed, and the simulator failed to launch theRegressionUITestsrunner ((ipc/mig) server died).-quietsuppresses the assertion messages, so the individual causes are not in the log. This workflow only runs on theupdateCatalogbranch and was already failing onmain(last run Sep 2025).
