System-managed attributes copied onto the Target for post-operation visibility no longer satisfy Update filtering attributes. A post-operation plugin step or workflow filtered on e.g. statecode previously triggered on every update of the table; it now only triggers when the attribute is actually part of the update. Steps still fire as before when the caller, a pre-operation plugin, SetState, Assign or CloseIncident genuinely sets the attribute.

This includes the attributes:

  • statecode
  • statuscode
  • ownerid
  • owningbusinessunit
  • owninguser
  • owningteam
  • createdon
  • createdby
  • modifiedon
  • modifiedby

…ility no longer satisfy Update filtering attributes.
