chore: archive the instructor-embedders integration - #3791

The integration was staged in July 2025 (#2079) and the source no longer lives on main, so the inventory link pointed at a directory that does not exist. Point the package at PyPI and set the status to Archived. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
