Updates DX stack guidance to the current dx-stack files and structured registries.

What I verified against a fresh clone of dx-stack main (4b5af9e), run in a throwaway container: every path in the table exists; AGENTS.md has the port map (L515), cross-service (L461) and deployment (L562) sections; docs/auth.md has the client table (L68) and schema sections (L354/376); hooks/check-cross-stack.sh was deleted in dx-stack 76b8bd7.

What f794791 changes:

1. Rule 3 pointed at docs/architecture.md for the port map, auth flows, service-to-service and environment matrix. That file is the neurosymbolic design essay and holds none of them; they live in AGENTS.md (port map, cross-service, environments) and docs/auth.md (auth flows, L117). Now reads: Read AGENTS.md (port map, cross-service architecture, environments, deployment) and docs/auth.md (auth flows) in your dx-stack checkout for the full stack context.
2. Rule 2 never named what replaced the hook. dx-stack AGENTS.md (L15-21) says docs are kept current by the dx-document-change skill via the dx-stack MCP, and that skill describes itself as the replacement for the per-repo check-cross-stack.sh hook. Added one sentence saying so, with the table kept as the manual fallback.

Both original lines are already merged in dx-id's CLAUDE.md, so dx-id needs the same two edits.

Nit, not changed: bare seed.ts in the Redirect URI row is dx-id/apps/id/src/db/seed.ts, not a dx-stack file.
