docs(rfd): Promote D34 to RFD 088#801

Promote the draft "Unified Editor Service and Inline Reply Widget" from `D34` to `RFD 088`, replacing the draft file with the full numbered RFD at `docs/rfd/088-unified-editor-service-and-inline-reply-widget.md`. The promoted RFD expands significantly on the draft: it adds a fourth editor-invocation path (path D, `jp conversation edit`), introduces `edit_file` alongside `edit_text` on `EditorBackend`, documents the vendored-reedline strategy to meet the RFD 048 `/dev/tty` requirement, adds the `editor.inline.edit_mode` config key, and pins the cancel/empty behavior matrix for menu-less configured-action paths. RFD 045 and RFD 048 are updated with back-references to RFD 088. Priority order moves `045` and `088` to the top and marks both alongside `087` as `in_development`.
