Rebuilds dau.dev on the site-sveltekit Copier template (Svelte 5, SvelteKit 3, Tailwind 4) and the shared brand kit, @dau-dev/branding. CI checks the kit out beside the site and builds it first; the GitHub Pages deploy is unchanged.

The home page now leads with the split between what runs on the FPGA and what stays in Polars, then the deployment shapes, the flywheel, a results table, the board cards with collapsible specs, the open-source packages, and a design-partner contact. The photo backgrounds are gone, and the social card and favicon use the new mark. Light and dark themes both follow the system setting, with a toggle.

Also in this PR:

  • A dismissible cookie notice and a /privacy page. The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics; fonts are self-hosted.
  • An investor overview at /invest. It is unlisted, noindexed, and disallowed in robots.txt. The raise, market, and pricing fields are placeholders, and a draft banner shows until they are filled in src/lib/invest/overview.ts.
  • The results table keeps the measured TPC-H query 6 result from Update Proof section with measured collaborative scan benchmark #26: about 2.5x faster with the card added, 4.2 ms against 10.4 ms for the CPU alone. The install line lists only packages that are on PyPI, since dau-polars is still private.

The open-source section from #25 is reworked here as "An open core that runs on open hardware".

Visual snapshots are recorded locally and skipped in CI, as the template intends.

Moves the site onto the site-sveltekit Copier template (Svelte 5, SvelteKit 3, Tailwind 4) and @dau-dev/branding, keeping the GitHub Pages deploy. Rewrites the home page around the hardware/software split, the deployment shapes, the results table and the board cards.

Adds a cookie notice, a /privacy page, and an unlisted, noindexed /invest overview with placeholders for the raise. Replaces the withdrawn 11.5 ms comparison with the measured ~2.5x speedup from adding a card, and installs only the packages that are on PyPI.

Carries the 4.2 ms vs 10.4 ms figures and the dpv2 card cost from the Proof section into the redesigned results table and board specs.
