Automated update from the repository's Copier template.

Resolve template checks and type annotations across the compiler, SDK boundaries, and tests. Retain runtime pyslang compatibility, give CSP node bodies scalar types, and scope allowances to CSP no-emission returns and Amaranth port declarations. Fix the cocotb entrypoint's missing Amaranth import and cover it with a regression test.

Local lint, type checks, and distribution checks passed. Full suite passed: 520 tests, 84.57% coverage; the added Amaranth entrypoint regression also passed. Native cocotb/Verilator benches passed with the virtual environment on PATH. Expression evaluator timing matched the previous implementation.
