[timkpaine]

dau-core 0.2.0 is on PyPI with the record layouts and wire facts #93 reads, so the dependency becomes dau-core>=0.2 instead of a git+ pin, and allow-direct-references goes since nothing else needs it.

This also unblocks publishing dau-driver: PyPI rejects a release whose metadata carries a direct reference. Against dau-core 0.2.0 from PyPI the suite passes (216 passed, 2 skipped), and make lint and make checks are clean.
