Summary

Adds user docs for the MCP servers (GitHub, Airflow, Grafana, Snowflake), adds the Snowflake Cortex and GitHub Copilot pages, adds a GitHub token example to the environment variables page, and documents the AI Tools tab of the environment settings. The Snowflake page covers creating the MCP server in the customer's own Snowflake account, the key pair requirement, the toggle, and which AI tools get the server. The Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and Snowflake Cortex pages and the MCP overview list Snowflake among their servers.

This feature ships in 6.0. Hold publishing until 6.0 is released.

Table of contents conflict in how_to_configure_aws_secrets_manager.md: keep this branch's corrected anchors and main's new IRSA entry.

No, it doesn't change anything. This PR only fixes two broken links in that page's table of contents (they broke when I renamed those sections in #58). The guide itself isn't touched, so it's fine to merge. Any doc updates for the 6.1 secrets manager change will go with that work.
