Badges at the top of the README: latest release, CI, total downloads, licence and platform.

Also adds .github/social-preview.png (1280×640), the card to upload under Settings → Social preview so links to the repo render a branded card instead of the generic GitHub one. GitHub has no API for that upload, so it has to be set once from the web UI.

No code changes.

The facts row was declared with four columns for three items, leaving an
empty cell painted with the grid background. The four safety notes were
still laid out in three columns, so the last one sat alone on a new row.

- facts: three equal columns
- notes: two columns on desktop, one below 1180px
- icon colours follow the new note order
Badges surface the latest release, CI status, downloads and licence at the
top of the README. The 1280x640 image is the card to upload as the GitHub
social preview, so links to the repo render a branded card.

* fix(ui): balance the About panel grid

empty cell painted with the grid background. The four safety notes were
still laid out in three columns, so the last one sat alone on a new row.

* docs: add release badges and a social preview image

social preview, so links to the repo render a branded card.
