Summary

• Point the English and Chinese Agent Skills installation prompts to databendcloud/databend-cloud-skill.
• Update Authentication and Query API reference links to the standalone repository.
• Align security guidance with the website: token IP allowlists, empty-list behavior, the agent's actual outbound IP, current organization-role permissions, token disable/delete, and last-used IP/time.
• Retain private credential storage and model-context warnings, and clarify that the skill is not a read-only sandbox and recent usage is not a complete request audit log.
• Preserve the existing agent-guided setup prompts and locale-specific .com / .cn API endpoints.

Validation

• English and Chinese production builds passed in the existing local docs checkout before transferring the two-file patch onto latest main.
• Local previews checked for updated links and security guidance.
• Both raw reference URLs returned HTTP 200.
• git diff --check passed.

Scope

Only the paired Agent Skills documents are changed. No generated files, unrelated local commits, or website changes are included.
