flaky cursor over collections module

Describe the bug

Moving the cursor over the collections module turns the cursor into a resize-shape

Steps to reproduce

Move Cursor over collections module with two or more lines present (if only one line is present in the collections module the cursor is correct)

Expected behavior

Not present in 5.6.1 or 5.7+443 but in 5.7 +690

Just noticed: Same behaviour when mousing over the snapshots module in the darkroom and in current master the snapshots module is also missing this little white line to resize the module.
