mouse cursor shape sticks to double-arrow in darkroom

Describe the bug

From some point in time while working in darkroom with several modules, changing sliders, zooming, the mouse cursor keeps being a vertical double-arrow pointer instead of turning back to the standard cursor. Seems related to #21846 which is closed, but this still occurred on my system.

Steps to reproduce

Unfortunately, I'm currently not able to safely reproduce this. As soon as I can, I will provide further information here.
Edit: I just found that when I move the cursor over the split-view histogram and then over the modules list, the double arrow stays, even on the image canvas.

Previously, this was happening for me on opening darktable in the lighttable.

I just updated to 5.7.0+632. Linux Mint 22.2.

Normal cursor in the lighttable on opening. Back to this I-bar(?) thing when opening an image and moving the cursor around. There may be numerous UI elements that reset it. Moving over the graph in CB-RGB masks seems to turn it into an arrow. But mouse around and I soon have an I-bar again.
