Sometimes still the menus pops up

Dear @Arecsu I injected the code and it basically fixes #21774.

However, please see the video (sorry screenkey on only towards the end, but merely right-klicking). Sometimes still the menus pops up. That is also the case for 2.6.0, so not related with #21774, but by chance you could fix that in one run? IMHO that menu should only appear when the hamburger is clicked...

Oh I think part of this was intended by design. At least, when I started translating all this to event controllers, the right click event bubbled up across the widgets and elements until it finds something that catches it. In this case, the background of the given module pane has the action of the right click to open the preset menu.

So, clicking in an empty space will incur in it. Clicking in something that is not intended to have it's own right click action, like some of the tabs as shown here in this video, will also bubble up the right click event as mentioned.

I would like to know if this is the way to proceed with the fix (any widgets without right click like those tabs to stop echoing it). And what do we do with the background of the module as well, should I remove it? Maybe I'm wrong, I didn't test this properly, but the background of the module does have the preset menu at right click according to the code. There is a chance I'm crazy and it was never the case though.
