Point ANYLINUX_REF at Anylinux-AppImages main instead of the stale 2affcd6
pin. Current quick-sharun pulls prebuilt helper libs from an Anylinux-sharun
release and sha256-pins them and appimagetool itself, so drop the
ANYLINUX_LIB_SOURCE override (now ignored) and the APPIMAGETOOL_LINK
override (0.3.0 would fail the script's 0.5.2 checksum), plus the
sharun_arch matrix keys that only existed to build that link.

The riscv64 GUI leg now also ships .deb and .rpm from the same Cargo.toml
metadata. Both are cross-aware: deb resolves $auto against the :riscv64
multiarch packages and fails if that silently fell back; rpm derives its
soname requires from the cross objdump since auto-req runs the host ldd.

cargo-deb now outputs to target/debian and only hard-links a deprecated
back-compat copy under target/<triple>/debian, which the mv relied on.

The guessed update info matched *x86_64.AppImage.zsync, which none of our
Rusty-Backup-linux-{x64,arm64}-<ver> assets fit, so AppImageUpdate could
never find a delta. The packages job also read the .deb from cargo-deb's
deprecated target/<triple>/debian back-compat copy.
