Middleware that calls humago.Unwrap panics under humatest.New, because that test API runs on its own internal adapter. humatest.Wrap already fixes this by sending requests through the wrapped API's own adapter, but the docs never mention it. This adds a short section to the test utilities page and a note on humatest.New.
