The webdav.dandiarchive.org service has been brought down. Replace the "Using WebDAV" (user guide) and "WebDAV Integration" (developer guide) section bodies with warnings that direct users to info@dandiarchive.org if they need the service restored, and drop WebDAV from the accessing-data overview page.
