DANDI Hub was retired in August 2026 and all user data on it deleted, so the clause stating that Dandihub storage is non-persistent and cleared periodically no longer describes a service that exists. The retirement itself is documented at user-guide-using/dandi-hub.md. Note: this doc is versioned (General Policies v1.2.0) and the version string is left unchanged here. I wonder if we just should make it explicit that it no longer applies vs just removal, can't suggest, but smth like (**no longer applies, [Dandihub was retired](URL to dandi-docs graveyard page**)

DANDI Hub was retired in August 2026 and all user data on it deleted, so this is no longer needed.
Since this doc is versioned, I wasnt sure if the version should be bumped, or if we should maybe just leave as-is and close this PR. @kabilar thoughts?
